Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Overview

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager position is a permanent full-time role based at the Chippendale Head Office in Sydney, Australia, operating on a hybrid work model. The successful candidate reports to the Director of Growth for Youfoodz and will uncover, test, and execute high-impact growth opportunities across direct-to-consumer ecommerce and product marketing. Responsibilities include monitoring weekly channel performance, managing media spend and ROI, handling promotional campaigns, steering agency and partner relationships, owning conversion rate optimization and merchandising across web and app platforms, and leading end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new products and partnerships.

Who can apply

Candidates must possess five to ten or more years of experience in growth ecommerce marketing, ideally within digital subscriptions or direct-to-consumer food and beverage. Applicants need a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing promotional calendars, and exceeding targets, alongside strong data analytics capabilities and experience with performance dashboards and media attribution. A solid understanding of conversion rate optimization, user journeys, digital copywriting, and user experience best practices is required, as is experience coordinating with CRM, creative, and international cross-functional teams. Candidates must also have the legal right to work full-time in Australia.
