Senior Full Stack Engineer, Front-end Focus - Growth

Overview

ZOE is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a front-end focus to join the Growth team. This is a permanent, full-time employed position operating as a senior individual contributor role. The engineer will turn marketing campaigns, pricing tests, and product launches into fast, reliable experiences while measuring their success.

The primary focus involves zoe.com and acquisition and conversion journeys such as landing pages, checkout, sign-up, and product launches across app subscriptions and physical products. Daily responsibilities include owning growth initiatives end to end, partnering with commercial teams like marketing and CRM, running A/B tests, building web performance and accessibility, adapting to changing priorities, working across the stack in Kotlin or Python, contributing to the design system, and shipping to production continuously.

Applicants should have five or more years of professional software development experience with a strong front-end focus, expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js, and experience working closely with commercial functions like marketing, growth, sales, or CRM. Candidates must have hands-on experience with experimentation and analytics, the ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems, working knowledge of a backend language such as Python, Kotlin, or Java, and experience working in a startup or scale-up environment. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with Optimizely, e-commerce or subscriptions, design systems, React Native, or production experience with Kotlin or Python.
