Senior Data Architect (3 month project)

Overview

Intetics 2 is offering a three-month project role for a Senior Data Architect based in France, with a remote work mode. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates. The project centers on evaluating an existing data landscape to build a scalable target-state architecture capable of supporting future business expansion, new subsidiaries, and ongoing growth.

What you get

The selected architect will work across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments to assess current systems, address single points of failure, and eliminate architectural dependencies. Responsibilities include designing data warehouse and platform solutions, supporting data governance initiatives, defining REST API-based integrations using Microsoft SQL Server-based data environments, and establishing data quality standards and modeling practices. The project includes an initial assessment phase followed by implementation and testing support during delivery.

Requirements

Applicants must have senior-level experience in Data Architecture alongside fluent French language skills at C1 level or higher. The role requires a strong background in data warehousing, data platform design, data quality management, and data modeling. Candidates must also demonstrate hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, proven REST API integration capabilities, and a solid understanding of data governance principles as well as cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architecture options.
