Senior Customer Success Engineer

Overview

Cribl is hiring a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join its remote-first team in Europe. The organization builds telemetry infrastructure for the AI era, partnering with IT and Security teams across major global enterprises. In this role, the engineer will drive product adoption and ensure customer success through a mix of tailored one-on-one engagements and scalable one-to-many initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have deep technical knowledge of the data observability and security domain, covering technologies such as SIEM, APM, logging, and metrics, alongside familiarity with enterprise software, distributed systems, and cloud environments. The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strategic thinking, project management capabilities, and experience creating technical content like webinars and documentation. Familiarity with customer success tools is considered a plus.
