Senior Contracts Manager

Overview

Anduril Industries is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join its team in Sydney, Australia. In this role, the successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of government, international, and commercial contracts and programs, guiding agreements from proposal planning through final close-out.

Requirements

Applicants must hold Australian citizenship and possess the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as business administration or government, along with at least six years of relevant contract management experience. A strong working knowledge of Australian Government contracting frameworks is essential, specifically including ASDEFCON, Commonwealth Procurement Rules, and Defence Security Principles Framework experience. Professionals should also demonstrate expertise in full lifecycle contract management, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical capabilities. Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree in business, law, or government, professional credentials like CPCM or IACCM certification, familiarity with AUKUS and Australia-US-UK defense collaboration, and direct experience working with major Australian defense primes.
