Senior Business Analyst

Overview

Moniepoint is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to shape the growth and success of its payment products through quantitative analysis and strategic collaboration. The position involves designing, testing, and implementing strategies that improve user acquisition, boost user retention, and elevate product engagement as the platform scales.

Who can apply

Applicants must have 3 to 4 years of professional experience, excluding academic projects and internships, in a quantitative analysis role at high-scale tech companies, tier-1 consulting firms, or investment banks with strong programming demands. Candidates are required to possess excellent SQL skills, practical experience in designing, running, and analyzing digital product experiments such as A/B and multivariate tests, and hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker. Additional qualifications include experience applying statistical modeling and advanced analytics, strong skills in statistical programming using Python alongside tools like Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks, and clear professional spoken and written English proficiency.
