Overview

Market Cloud is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant for a permanent professional position based in London, United Kingdom. This role operates on a remote work mode. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.

Requirements

Applicants must have strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA modules, along with experience in support, implementation, or upgrade projects. Candidates need a good understanding of Personnel Administration actions and organizational structures. Experience in Time Management configuration, work schedules, absence and attendance management, and quota processing is required. Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with Payroll and SuccessFactors is considered an added advantage. The position also requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
