Overview

Respect, a UK charity working to end domestic abuse, is hiring a Safeguarding Lead for the Drive Partnership. Its flagship Drive Project works with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse and is expanding across England and Wales. The Safeguarding Lead provides dedicated safeguarding leadership, reports to the Drive Partnership Head of Programmes and acts as a point of specialist expertise, helping ensure risks are identified, managed and escalated and that safeguarding stays embedded across the project.

What you get

The role is part-time, 22.5 hours a week over three days, on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028, subject to funding. The full-time equivalent salary is GBP 52,851 to GBP 56,064, which is GBP 31,711 to GBP 33,638 pro rata. Employees living in London receive a London Allowance. The pension is a 6% employer contribution with an additional 2% from the employee. The location is listed as England and Wales.
