Overview
The Southeastern Wind Coalition is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead initiatives that support the growth of wind energy in Arkansas. The successful candidate will manage daily programme activities, build partnerships, engage government and industry stakeholders, organize educational events, and advance policies supporting wind energy development.

This position is suited to experienced professionals with a background in clean energy, policy, government relations, economic development, or nonprofit programme management. Applicants must have a four-year degree, along with at least four to five years of relevant experience, graduate-level education, or a combination of both. Candidates must be located in Arkansas, as this remote role requires living in the state.
What you get

Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills, as well as experience building professional relationships, coordinating partners, and facilitating discussions. Essential qualities include excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, the ability to explain technical information clearly, and experience working independently and managing priorities remotely. A master's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage, and familiarity with energy, environmental, or climate issues is desirable.
