Partnerships Manager (EMEA)

Overview

Optro is hiring a Partnerships Manager for the EMEA region to lead partner enablement and delivery across EMEA, MENA, and APAC. The position is based in London, United Kingdom. This role involves setting the direction for regional partners, establishing policies and processes, and overseeing partner relationships and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates need eight or more years of related experience, which must include at least two years of experience working with the Optro Platform or other GRC platforms. Applicants should have background working with partners in an enterprise software ecosystem, advising complex enterprise software implementations, and collaborating across multifaceted teams for software implementations. Additional qualifications include training across multiple product lines, a willingness to learn modules outside the current scope, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity autonomously. Background checks are required for this position.

The compensation package includes a salary of 75000 to 90000 GBP per year alongside a bonus program.
