Parking Reform Network Seeks Partnerships & Community Manager: Remote US Job | Salary Up to $85K | Apply by October 2
Overview
The Parking Reform Network is hiring a Partnerships and Community Manager to build and strengthen a national network of advocates, organisations and policymakers working to improve parking policy across the United States. The job is full-time, exempt and remote within the US, and the organisation describes it as geographically flexible. The postholder recruits and onboards partners and advocates, maintains relationships, connects people with resources such as maps, guides, webinars and research, and develops programmes. They report to the President and manage the day-to-day work of the Community and Communications Coordinator, and the role could grow into a Community and Partnerships Director position.
What the role involves
Duties include creating systems for regular communication and follow-up, managing the Local Campaign Support Program, running organising roundtables, coordinating policy fellows and experts for testimony, press and white papers, responding to requests for help, speaking invitations and media opportunities, finding partnership, sponsorship and policy opportunities, working on events, webinars, outreach and newsletters, collaborating with development and marketing teams, and keeping leadership informed about opportunities and capacity needs.
Who can apply
The organisation wants a relationship-focused person with experience in areas such as account management, sales, lobbying, government affairs, association or membership management, coalition coordination or community engagement. Experience with CRM tools and structured relationship-management processes is valuable. The person should be proactive and self-directed. Parking policy expertise is not required, though interest in parking, land-use and housing policy helps, and openness to AI and coding for insights is welcome. Candidates who do not meet every qualification are encouraged to apply and are assessed holistically.
What you get
The salary is $75,000 to $85,000 per year. Benefits include a QSEHRA health reimbursement arrangement and a 401(k) employer match.
How to apply
No traditional cover letter is needed. Candidates answer a question about a network or coalition they built from scratch, covering what they did first, how they maintained it as it grew, how they handled relationships that became less active and how they measured success. They submit this with a resume by email, with their name and Partnerships and Community Manager in the subject line.
Key dates
The priority deadline is Friday, October 2, 2026. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
