Overview

MiracleFeet, a global nonprofit expanding access to treatment for children born with clubfoot, is hiring a Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL). The full-time remote role sits in the Technical Team, reports to the Associate Director of MEAL, works closely with the Technical, Programs, Clinical and Digital/Product teams, and is expected to start in September 2026. Using the nonsurgical Ponseti method, MiracleFeet reports treating more than 136,000 children through 589 clinics in 39 countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East and North Africa.

The manager leads and supports MEAL work with a strong focus on data quality, data use and measurement systems. Duties include managing initiatives that strengthen data systems and tools, supporting MEAL and clinical indicators, promoting responsible data use, privacy and child safeguarding, building procedures for data collection and management, supporting field-level data quality assurance and audits, analysing clinical quality and programme data, preparing reports, dashboards and visualisations, supporting evaluations and special studies, managing external consultants, working with digital teams on data tools and contributing data expertise to donor engagement and grant renewals.

Who can apply

Applicants need a master's degree or higher in public health, social science, statistics, evaluation or a related field and at least six years of experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation or MEAL work for complex programmes, ideally in low-resource or global health settings. Relevant tools include Salesforce or similar databases, R, Stata, Python, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO and ODK platforms. Applicants must already live in the United States or one of the 39 partner countries and hold work authorization there, as the organisation does not sponsor employment visas. Clinical programme experience, cross-cultural competence, training of non-technical audiences, research ethics and data privacy knowledge, and a second language such as French, Spanish or Arabic are advantages.

What you get

The role includes paid time off, including 10 national holidays based on the contractor's country of residence, and travel insurance. U.S.-based staff also receive health benefits, a 401(k) plan and life insurance.

How to apply

Applicants submit a detailed cover letter and resume in English through the organisation's recruitment platform. Applications stay open until the position is filled, and no fee is charged at any stage.
