What you will do
The advisor designs and improves compensation, benefits and performance management approaches across European markets and selected global initiatives. This covers total rewards strategy, global salary structures, grading frameworks and pay policies using market benchmarks, job evaluation and pay-for-performance approaches. The advisor also supports development and harmonization of benefits across European jurisdictions, strengthens the link between performance and reward, supports the global mobility workstream with HR, legal and executive colleagues, and builds metrics, dashboards and reporting frameworks so leaders can see compensation and performance trends. The role works with senior leaders, HR colleagues, Talent Acquisition and regional teams.
Who can apply
The position is for experienced HR and total rewards professionals with at least five years of experience managing total rewards or compensation and benefits programs. Experience in a private-sector company, investment firm, development bank or similarly complex organization is especially relevant. Candidates should have practical knowledge of compensation structures and statutory benefits across European countries and strong analytical ability.
