Overview

The MENTOR Initiative is recruiting for an Arabic-speaking Grants Manager and an Arabic-speaking Programme Manager. Both positions support large-scale disease-control programmes in humanitarian settings and connect to the organisation headquarters team. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Who can apply

Candidates should be experienced professionals interested in global health, humanitarian response, and disease prevention, with fluency in Arabic required for both roles. The Grants Manager position is suited for professionals with extensive grants and donor-management experience, as well as familiarity with NGO procedures and financial management. The Programme Manager role is designed for professionals with a background in public health, epidemiology, or a related field, alongside substantial experience managing health or humanitarian programmes. Experience working in the Middle East is an advantage for both roles.

Requirements
