Overview
The Mediterranean Women’s Fund is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Officer to join its team in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. This permanent, part-time position involves supporting the organisation's financial management, human resources administration, office management, and event logistics. The role is classified as non-managerial and is scheduled to begin in November 2026.

What you get
The position provides a gross annual salary between €28,500 and €31,000, determined by experience. Employees receive meal vouchers, other social benefits, and 2.5 working days of paid leave per month. Following the completion of a two-month probationary period, which may be renewed once, staff have the option to work remotely up to two days per week.
Requirements
Applicants must have strong knowledge of accounting standards and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Candidates need experience in preparing and monitoring budgets. Previous accounting experience within a nonprofit or association environment serves as an advantage.
