(Junior) Insurance Broker Partner Manager (m/f/x)

Overview

Eye Security is hiring a Junior Insurance Broker Partner Manager to join the business department. The position is remote with a location in Belgium, while the work focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with insurance broker partners in the Netherlands. The goal of the role is to sell a cyber insurance solution in collaboration with these brokers.

Requirements

Candidates must have initial experience in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker, or reseller partnerships, alongside analytical skills and strategic planning abilities. Applicants need an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset, a collaborative team approach, and fluency in both Dutch and English for speaking and writing. Strong abilities in relationship-building, presentations, communication, and negotiation are required, along with experience working toward ambitious targets. An understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, or a willingness to learn it for integration into service models, is necessary. The role also requires a willingness to travel up to 60 percent of the time.
