LBS Internship 2026 (Part-time/Full-time)

Overview

Aptura is offering an internship in London, available on a part-time or full-time basis with an immediate start. Aptura combines domain expertise with proprietary technology to produce high-quality, domain-specific training data that helps frontier AI models perform better, with a focus on how regulated industries adopt AI. The company has grown from 3 to 23 people in the past year and describes a fast-moving, high-standards, people-first culture where teams sit close to leadership and the best ideas win.

What you will do

The intern owns project execution from onboarding through to delivery. That includes removing blockers, managing timelines and keeping stakeholders aligned so work keeps moving, and raising recurring issues, prioritising pain points and turning operational insights into product improvements. No two days are the same, and the work spans hiring, onboarding, project delivery, contributor support, payments and product operations.

Who can apply

The company looks for sharp, high-agency critical thinkers who learn quickly, take ownership, act without being asked and balance attention to detail with sound judgment and clear communication. Candidates should excite about hard problems and be comfortable without a playbook.

Requirements

Applicants should have exceptional academic or professional achievements, strong problem-solving instincts and a bias for action, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to learn fast in unfamiliar settings and to work independently or in a team.

What you get

The package includes a competitive salary, a modern, centrally located London office built for collaboration and focus, productivity tools, and the technology, screens and equipment needed to work at a high level. The role is in person at the office in Liverpool Street, London.
