All candidates must possess the legal right to work in their country of residence, as the organisation does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must demonstrate a genuine commitment to the mission, values, and inclusive approach of Global Schools Forum.

What you get

The compensation is determined by location-based salary bands reflecting local market conditions. Annual salary packages consist of £80,080 to £86,320 in the United Kingdom, £60,060 to £64,740 in Kenya, and INR 7,095,922 to INR 7,645,157 in India, with the packages for Kenya and India including health insurance. Additional employee benefits comprise 35 fully flexible holiday days, family-friendly policies, an employee pension scheme, a co-working space allowance, a personal learning and development budget, volunteer leave, access to network events and the iHasco learning platform, and an annual in-person team retreat.
