Who can apply

The Product Marketing & Communications Manager role requires 3 to 7 years of experience in product marketing or related go-to-market roles within B2B software-as-a-service. Candidates need experience creating sales enablement materials, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and using customer insights to shape product positioning. Background in deep-tech products, data-driven solutions, or geospatial technology is important, along with experience in at least one field such as climate technology, carbon markets, measurement, reporting and verification, remote sensing, agriculture, or sustainability technology. Experience in early-stage startups is considered an advantage.

The Finance Manager role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, financial planning and analysis, or a related field. Applicants must reside in India or Indonesia, possess strong written and spoken English skills, and be comfortable working remotely across time zones. Candidates need an understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash-flow management, alongside proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience in a startup, international small or medium-sized business, Big Four accounting firm, or project-based organization is considered valuable.
