Freelance Tester in Netherlands

Overview

Testlio seeks freelance testers in the Netherlands to work on upcoming Smart TV streaming projects. Selected participants will evaluate streaming applications directly from their homes using their own televisions. Projects typically occur every two to four weeks with flexible, project-based assignments.

Who can apply

This freelance opportunity is open to individuals currently residing in the Netherlands. Preferred qualifications include Dutch proficiency and previous software testing experience, though those traits are not strictly mandatory.

Requirements

Applicants must have physical access to specific television models. For LG Smart TVs, this includes older models from 2015 to 2017 or newer models from 2022 to 2024. For Panasonic Smart TVs, the device must use Panasonic's proprietary My Home Screen system rather than Android TV or Google TV. Testers must also be comfortable following testing instructions and reporting issues.

What you get

Testers receive paid freelance opportunities working remotely from home. Each testing session lasts approximately three to four hours, focusing on evaluating browsing and searching features, live TV and on-demand video playback, app navigation and functionality, and overall user experience and language accuracy.
