Odin is seeking a Founding Operations & Systems Lead to join the team in London, United Kingdom. The role is focused on automating financial services operations by turning human-driven workflows into software using AI tools like Claude Code. The position involves managing operational triage, improving deal efficiency, and rebuilding core processes to scale private market investment infrastructure.

What you get

The position offers a base salary ranging from 90,000 to 120,000 GBP per year, paired with a meaningful equity grant with flexibility on the cash and equity mix.
