Overview

Paddle is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale its demand generation engine, reporting directly to the CMO. The role sits at the heart of marketing and growth, integrating brand, product, content, lifecycle, and performance into a single demand strategy to drive predictable, scalable pipeline across self-serve and sales-led motions. The employer offers a digital product approach as a Merchant of Record, removing payment fragmentation for customers. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.

Requirements

Applicants must be experienced B2B SaaS leaders with at least 8 years in marketing and a minimum of 3 years owning pipeline at the Director or equivalent level, spanning both PLG and sales-led motions. Candidates must be proven demand drivers who have built and scaled high-performing demand engines delivering signups, PQLs, SQLs, and revenue at pace. The role requires full-stack channel expertise across paid media, SEO, ABM, lifecycle, and web, alongside commercial fluency to track CAC, velocity, LTV, and attribution. Individuals must be segment-savvy, AI-literate, experimentation-led, strong cross-functional operators, and people-first leaders.

What you get

The position is full time and offers a full suite of benefits including attractive salaries, stock options, unlimited holidays, enhanced parental leave, retirement plans, private healthcare, and well-being initiatives. Employees also receive support for personal development through an annual learning fund and regular internal and external training. The company operates on a digital-first model, giving workers the freedom to choose where, when, and how they work within hub locations.
