Director, Brand Partnerships

Overview

Ltkuk is looking for a Director, Brand Partnerships to join the European Brand Partnerships team in a full-time capacity. This senior commercial role is based in London, United Kingdom, and reports to the Vice President of Brand Partnerships for Europe. The position focuses on driving enterprise growth across the UK by acquiring, growing, and strategically developing valuable brand partnerships within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury sectors. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least ten years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development within digital marketing, media, SaaS, or influencer marketing. Applicants need a proven track record of exceeding commercial targets through enterprise new business acquisition and strategic account growth, along with experience leading complex consultative sales cycles with executive decision-makers. The role requires exceptional commercial acumen, strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills, and a solid understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, and the creator economy. Candidates must possess existing senior relationships across fashion, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle brands, alongside fluent English language skills. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
