Data Center Warehouse Specialist

Overview

The Data Center Warehouse Specialist runs day-to-day warehouse operations at a Nebius data center site located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This on-site role involves managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of high-value hardware such as GPU racks, servers, network equipment, and spare parts. The position serves as the site's hands-on link to the broader logistics network, coordinating with transportation, planning, back office, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

The warehouse specialist handles inbound shipments by checking seals, packaging, and contents against delivery schedules and packing lists, while documenting any damage or discrepancies for insurance cases. Outbound shipments and RMA returns are prepared through picking, packing, labelling, and documentation for carrier pickups. Equipment and spare parts are issued to data center engineers on time based on project priorities, and hardware is staged and kited for rack deployments. Inventory duties include posting receipts, issues, and transfers in ERP systems on the same day as physical movements, creating asset records with serial numbers, conducting cycle counts and annual stock takes, and maintaining a tidy warehouse environment. Additional responsibilities involve adhering to site security and safety rules, keeping audit-ready records, applying global standard operating procedures, and contributing to process improvements and tool rollouts.

Requirements

Applicants must be authorized to work in the country of application and provide proof of employment eligibility. The work mode is strictly on site, with occasional travel required to support other locations during launches or peak periods. Candidates should be capable of working autonomously within established procedures while effectively collaborating in an international environment.
