Overview

CrowdStrike is hiring a full-time remote Executive Assistant for its AI & Autonomous Systems organization. The assistant supports a Senior Vice President and a Senior Director in a fast-paced technology setting and acts as a strategic partner who anticipates leadership needs, makes independent decisions and clears obstacles before they affect executive productivity. Confidentiality and discretion are central to the role.

What you will do

The assistant manages complex, high-volume calendars for two leaders in Google Calendar, coordinating meetings across time zones and balancing competing priorities. Duties include arranging domestic and international travel, reconciling expenses, overseeing budgets, tracking offsite and event budgets, and leading the planning of executive offsites and departmental events, from venue selection and room blocks to catering, team-building, ground transportation and coordination with Procurement. Some event-related travel may be needed despite the remote classification. The assistant also acts as a trusted liaison with sensitive internal and external contacts.

Requirements

Applicants need proven experience managing complex calendars and planning large-scale events, plus experience supporting VP-level executives, ideally in technical, data-driven, high-tech, startup or hypergrowth settings. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Workday, Navan, Expensify and Coupa is desired, as is knowledge of the cybersecurity or data-science industry. Candidates should be comfortable supporting several executives at once and must have experience using AI to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

What you get

The advertised U.S. base salary is $70,000 to $110,000 per year, with placement depending on experience, skills, certifications, job level and location. The package includes eligibility for bonuses and equity grants, health insurance, a 401(k), paid time off and holidays, parental and adoption leave, professional development and wellness programmes.

Key dates

The posting is expected to close on October 11, 2026.
