Requirements

Responsibilities include managing European accounts in German, French, or Spanish, triaging the account book daily, conducting proactive outreach to at-risk accounts, identifying expansion signals for upsell opportunities, forecasting portfolio performance, maintaining CRM records, and surfacing patterns to internal teams. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a setting where not every process is fully defined.
