Trainee Consultant Microsoft CE & AI (maart 2027 Program)

Overview

The Trainee Consultant Microsoft CE and AI position is part of the Young Professional Program, starting on March 1, 2027. Based in Veenendaal, this role begins with a five-week Masterclass focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft technology, AI, automation, and soft skills including communication, collaboration, and client advisory. Following the Masterclass, participants work within experienced project teams on digital transformations for clients such as Heineken, Royal BAM, and Rituals.

Who can apply

Applicants must hold a completed higher professional education degree at the bachelor or university level, with examples including business administration, business economics, or information and communication technology. Candidates need an affinity for technology, an interest in artificial intelligence, strong analytical and communication skills, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ambition. Good proficiency in both Dutch and English is required, and participants must be available starting March 1, 2027.

What you get

Selected candidates receive a starting salary, a lease car or a mobility allowance of 675 euros, a company laptop, and a company smartphone. Requirements

The role requires a completed hbo or wo degree, an interest in technology and AI, analytical and communication abilities, ambition, curiosity, and the capacity to learn. Proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory, alongside availability beginning on March 1, 2027. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.
