Overview

Zefir offers a Talent Acquisition Intern position based in Paris, France. The six-month internship begins in January 2027 and involves working on-site five days a week at the Le Peletier office in the 9th arrondissement. The role centers on supporting company growth through candidate sourcing and building AI-powered recruiting workflows, working directly with the Founding Talent Lead and reporting to the CEO. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.

Requirements

Applicants need a Master's level status requiring a convention de stage. Candidates must be curious about people, technology, and team building, while possessing clear thinking, quick learning abilities, and strong written skills in French alongside the ability to work in English. Comfort exploring tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is necessary, and experience with Zapier or n8n serves as a bonus. Applicants should also be rigorous with details and resourceful. Prior experience in sales, research, recruiting, or a startup is welcomed though not required.

What you get

The internship provides a fixed compensation of 1,250 euros per month with a hiring bonus of 500 euros, calculated as 250 euros per direct-sourcing hire up to two hires per month, totaling a gross compensation of 1,750 euros per month at 100 percent of the bonus target. Additional benefits include a Swile meal card providing 11 euros per worked day and a Swile mobility card providing 45 euros per month.
