The role operates under a hybrid work setup with up to two remote days per week.

Requirements

Candidates should be in their final year of a degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and must be fluent in English. Applicants should possess a strong curiosity for problem-solving, a passion for product development and technology, and comfort with coding across multiple languages using AI agents such as Claude Code. Additional helpful experience includes web development, fast-paced product building, open-source contributions, and familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools.

What you get

Interns receive access to tech masterclasses, specialized training, and top coding AI tools alongside dedicated development support. Additional benefits include meal vouchers valued at eight euros and fifty cents per day with partial employer coverage, a fifty percent reimbursement for public transportation subscriptions, comprehensive health insurance covered under the basic plan, and free access to personalized coaching and mental health programs. The package also includes a works council subsidy for leisure and sports memberships, free office breakfasts, and an extensive three-month onboarding program encompassing technical, language, and soft skills training.

How to apply

The multi-step evaluation process for applicants includes a one-hour coding game, a thirty-minute recruiter interview, a one-hour feature building interview, and a one-hour behavioral interview. Candidates are advised to exclude personal details such as photographs and age from their application materials to promote equal opportunities.
