Service Project Management Intern

Overview

Back Market offers an internship position as a Service Project Management Intern within the Extended Services Team in Paris, France. The duration of the program is 6 months, running on a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. The role operates within a hybrid work environment that includes two remote days a week, one remote work week per quarter, and three flex days.

Who can apply

Candidates must be seeking a 6-month internship and possess an internship agreement from a French school. Applicants need fully professional capability in both English and French, while knowledge of additional languages is considered a bonus. Additional preferences include strong analytical skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with SQL considered a strong plus. Candidates with experience in fintech or insurtech are welcomed, though this experience is not mandatory.

Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with a data-driven approach. Candidates should be proactive, possess team spirit, and have the ability to federate and work alongside transversal teams. The selection process consists of a skills fit interview with the direct manager, a technical home assignment, a cultural fit interview with another team member, and a 30-minute video-call HR interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
