Overview

Emidat is building a climate-native product management system for building material manufacturers, generating digital product passports from verified production data. It is offering a full-time Sales Intern position focused on the Turkish market in its Commercial department in Munich. The role is office based, lasts at least four months and starts as soon as possible. The intern is the first point of contact for potential customers, who are manufacturers, and works with the Sales Development Representative and Account Executive on the country go-to-market plan.

What you will do

The intern builds and nurtures the customer pipeline from first prospecting to booking a demo, helps refine the go-to-market strategy, improves the repeatable revenue engine and contributes to growing the sales team. The role starts with a three-month plan: calling customers and attending conferences, running discovery calls and scheduling at least 20 demos, shadowing at least 10 demos, designing and running three outbound campaigns with target open and reply rates of 25 and 5 percent, and learning the CRM, sales playbook and objection handling. Some travel to industry events may be required.

Requirements

Applicants need native-level Turkish and German, at least B2+ English, demonstrable business development or sales experience with business customers, experience with customers in the Turkish market, strong communication skills and a recently completed or nearly completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Another market language, start-up experience, industry experience and a master's degree are advantages.

What you get

Pay is 3,000 to 3,300 euros per month plus commission of up to 500 euros, with 25 vacation days pro rata and a 500 euro learning budget. Candidates already in Munich without a visa need are preferred, though relocation and visa cases are considered.
