Marketing Intern

Overview

Ben is an agentic benefits platform operating globally for enterprises. The company offers a twelve-month marketing internship based in London, United Kingdom. The role involves working alongside a small marketing team and reporting to the Content Lead, allowing the participant to experience the entire marketing process from strategy to shipped content. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.

Requirements

Applicants must have built something of their own, such as a social account with a following, a YouTube series, a newsletter, or another side project. Candidates need the ability to take a brief, interpret it, and improve upon it. Familiarity with new tools, including artificial intelligence, and an audience-focused mindset are required. A marketing degree and prior marketing experience are not necessary.
