Back Market is offering a Fraud and Risk Officer Intern position based in Paris, France. The internship lasts for six months, starting in January 2027 and running until June 2027, on a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. The work arrangement is hybrid, featuring two remote days per week, one remote work week per quarter, and three flex days.

Requirements

Applicants must be students in Finance or an equivalent field and must be able to provide an internship agreement from a French school. Candidates need fully professional capability in English. Additional language skills are considered a bonus. Applicants should possess an investigative mind, high attention to detail, a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity, and data orientation with proficiency in Excel. A prior background in fraud prevention or e-commerce is noted as an advantage.

How to apply

The recruitment process consists of three stages. First is a skill fit interview and a live case study with a team member lasting 45 minutes. Second is a 30-minute video-call interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Third is a 30-minute cultural fit interview with the manager.
