Overview

The Future Leaders Graduate Program - Business Analytics at Teampicnic is a one-year launchpad designed for graduates who want to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of data, strategy, and technology. Based in Hamburg, Germany, participants join a business team from day one to own a business topic, lead projects, and develop solutions across domains like consumer strategy and logistics. The program provides a high-performance environment with mentorship, regular feedback, and opportunities to collaborate with teams across the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

Who can apply

Applicants should be about to graduate from or have recently graduated with a Master degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, econometrics, engineering, or a similar discipline. Candidates must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, experience in high-performance settings like consulting, fast-growth startups, or competitive internships, and basic knowledge in PowerPoint, Python, SQL, Excel, or alternative coding languages. Additionally, applicants must hold EU citizenship or a valid EU working permit.

What you get
