Apply for the Oxford-Pershing Square Graduate Scholarships 2027: Fully Funded Oxford MBA Opportunity
Overview
The University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School offers the Oxford-Pershing Square Graduate Scholarships, providing up to five fully funded awards for students pursuing the Oxford 1+1 MBA programme. This initiative supports exceptional individuals who show leadership potential and a commitment to addressing major social and global challenges through sustainable solutions. Successful candidates complete a one-year Master’s degree combined with the Oxford MBA over a two-year academic and professional development experience.
Who can apply
The scholarship prioritises candidates admitted to the Oxford 1+1 MBA pathway, including new applicants admitted to both an eligible partnering Master’s programme and the MBA. Other eligible groups consist of applicants admitted to a full-time one-year Master’s programme not currently listed among official partnering programmes alongside MBA admission, and current Master’s students admitted to the MBA who were not considered for the scholarship previously. Applicants remaining on a waiting list are not considered. Candidates must demonstrate academic performance, relevant degree results, GMAT or GRE scores, leadership potential, personal integrity, and a commitment to solving world-scale social challenges.
What you get
Up to five scholarships are available, providing full course fees for the eligible Master’s programme, full course fees for the Oxford MBA, and a living-cost grant of at least £21,805 for each year of study. Scholars also gain access to mentorship from the Pershing Square Foundation community, Oxford faculty, and alumni, as well as professional development opportunities, global forums, prestigious conferences, and networking activities. Additional benefits include termly events hosted by the MBA Director, scholar-led events, and potential participation in a New York Trek featuring meetings and workshops with innovators and change-makers.
Requirements
Applicants must complete the admissions applications for the Oxford 1+1 MBA and their chosen Master’s programme. Candidates are required to upload a scholarship essay in the Funding section of their 1+1 MBA application, responding to the prompt of how they intend to change the world and what it reveals about them as a person, within a limit of 500 words.
How to apply
Candidates must submit their Oxford 1+1 MBA application and the scholarship essay, while also meeting the separate application requirements and deadlines for their chosen partnering or eligible Master’s programme.
