Experience managing large institutional grants from funders such as USAID, the Mastercard Foundation, or Grand Challenges Canada is required. A professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or an equivalent certification is preferred.

The position offers an annual gross salary ranging from US$38,181 to US$55,909.09, with the exact amount determined by the applicant's experience and the applicable regional salary benchmark. Salaries are paid in the local currency of the employee permanent work location. Full employee benefits are included with the initial 12-month contract.
Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, financial risk assessment skills, technical writing proficiency, and experience coordinating partners across multiple countries. The role requires technical proficiency in accounting and financial management software like QuickBooks, Expensify, and Bill.com, as well as advanced Excel skills for budget variance analysis, financial modelling, and expenditure tracking. Desirable skills include familiarity with grant management platforms such as Fluxx, Submittable, and SurveyMonkey, along with the ability to use remote collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
