Overview
The ClimateCAP MBA Fellowship 2027 is a 12-month, cohort-based learning experience managed by Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Running from January to December 2027, the programme is designed to help MBA students develop the professional networks, practical experience, and knowledge needed to become future leaders in sustainable business and climate action. Participants engage in expert-led workshops, discussions, and an applied climate-action project that can lead to publishable results. The Hearst Foundations financially support the programme.
Who can apply
The fellowship is open to students currently enrolled in MBA programmes who will remain enrolled throughout the entire fellowship year from January to December 2027. Applicants must have an interest in the intersection of business and climate change, and be ready to actively take part in collaborative discussions, learning activities, and project development.
What you get
Participants receive academic and professional development through workshops, engagement with academic advisers, and discussions with climate experts and thought leaders.
