Overview

Eye Security provides top-level cybersecurity combined with built-in cyber insurance to businesses across Europe. The organization employs over 190 people with backgrounds in intelligence, defense, technology, and consultancy, featuring a headquarters in The Hague and an office in Berlin. This student position offers hands-on experience in recruitment, supporting the growing recruitment team in sourcing, screening, reporting, and candidate coordination. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to grow into a recruiter role.

Requirements

Applicants must be fluent in Dutch with a good command of English and be enrolled in the third or fourth year of an hbo or wo degree program. Candidates must be available to work 20 hours per week, which includes spending two to three days per week at the office in The Hague or Berlin. At least six months of administrative or office experience, or a board year, is required alongside proficiency in Excel. Applicants should also be eager to build a career in recruitment and demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities. Experience working with data, recruitment, human resources, or an applicant tracking system is considered a plus.
