The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is recruiting a home-based Project and Knowledge Management Analyst to support its global Food Systems portfolio. The role sits within the Food Systems Team in the Planet Hub under the Bureau for Policy and Programme Support (BPPS) and is offered under an International Personnel Service Agreement (IPSA-8) with an initial one-year contract. The work supports initiatives to make food systems more resilient, equitable, environmentally sustainable and climate-smart. Programme coordination duties include day-to-day coordination, planning and implementation support, organising virtual meetings, preparing materials and following up on agreed actions. Monitoring and reporting covers maintaining workplans, updating dashboards and tracking tools, preparing implementation summaries and consolidating information from stakeholders. On knowledge management, the analyst organises resources, documents lessons learned and best practices, supports Communities of Practice and prepares briefings. The role also includes stakeholder engagement, background research, data collection, concept notes, presentations and fundraising documentation.
