Team Member Opportunity (Attendant) - World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2027

Overview

Spool AG offers an interim, entry-level team member position as an attendant for the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2027 in Davos, Switzerland. Selected candidates participate in an immersive five to eight day experience supporting a major global gathering. The event takes place from January 18 to January 22, 2027, with arrivals scheduled for January 14 or January 16, 2027 depending on the assigned team.

Who can apply

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid work permit for Switzerland. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates. Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher is required. Candidates must also be available for the entire duration from January 16 to January 22, 2027, and must attend one of the mandatory in-person application evenings held on November 2, November 13, or November 23 in Zurich, or November 17 in Lausanne. Online participation in these evenings is not available.

What you get

The position includes competitive compensation, provided accommodation unless the worker has their own in Davos or Klosters, and included meals. Workers receive a provided uniform consisting of a suit or dress and stockings. Travel reimbursement covers a half-fare, second-class SBB ticket from the worker's home to Davos.

Requirements

Attendants perform tasks including badge issuance at registration desks, access control at lounges and sessions, and general assistance in the congress center and surrounding hotels. Workers must maintain a professional, courteous, polite, and discreet demeanor, demonstrate commitment, and work effectively under pressure. Participants are required to bring their own professional black shoes with a two to four centimeter heel, excluding patent leather.
