Talent Acquisition Manager

Overview

Parallel is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team in Paris, France. The organization builds AI agents designed to help healthcare facilities automate administrative processes and medical coding. This position is created to support an ambitious goal of growing the team by 50%. The person in this role will work alongside the Talent Lead and a team of three recruiters, with a primary focus on hiring technology profiles such as AI Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Senior Fullstack Engineers.

Requirements

Applicants should have two to four years of recruiting experience, including solid headhunting expertise focused on tech profiles, ideally gained within a SaaS company with a strong technical component. In-house recruiting experience is preferred, alongside a sales mindset, strong rigor in writing, and ideally a good level of English. The hiring process consists of an initial 30-minute call with the Talent Lead, followed by interviews at the Paris office and reference checks before an offer is made.
