The role requires comfort holding a multi-cycle technical view while remaining able to handle immediate shipping needs, along with clear communication across various organizational levels. Additionally, candidates must possess AI Fluency Level 4 or equivalent hands-on experience involving shipped products where AI is a core component. Backgrounds in hospitality, travel, or operationally complex B2B SaaS environments, coaching experience, and public writing or speaking about technical work are listed as nice-to-have attributes.
