Senior Market Manager

Overview

Airbnb is hiring a Senior Market Manager to join the Homes Supply team in London, United Kingdom. The role focuses on managing a team of Market Associates who support small and medium-sized hosts through high-velocity account management workflows. Responsibilities include driving regional business performance, executing scaled acquisition and retention initiatives, organizing regional roadshows, and partnering with Host Services and Community teams to ensure strong host engagement and supply health.

Requirements

Applicants need three to five or more years of relevant experience managing teams, specifically scaled account management teams, alongside a strong interest in people management and team development. Candidates should bring prior experience in operations, sales, or leading projects in performance-driven environments. Additional requirements include comfort with fast-paced workflows, strong organizational and program execution skills, a data-oriented mindset for utilizing dashboards, clear communication abilities, and cross-functional collaboration experience. Previous marketing experience is considered a plus.
