Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Overview

Capco is hiring a permanent Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join the technology and engineering practice area based in London. The role involves designing, building, and modernising enterprise software delivery capabilities for financial services organisations. Professionals in this position develop modern software development lifecycle platforms with an emphasis on CI/CD automation, security controls, policy-as-code, and cloud-native engineering.

Requirements

Applicants should possess extensive hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Azure-based engineering solutions. Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes, DevSecOps principles, infrastructure automation, and policy-as-code is required. Candidates need demonstrated experience embedding identity, security controls, automated testing, quality gates, and compliance requirements into delivery pipelines, alongside a background in modernising complex engineering environments and translating architectural designs into production capabilities.
