Spa Manager

Overview

Studley Castle features a role for a Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa and leisure facilities at The Stables Spa. Located within the grounds of a restored Victorian castle in rural Warwickshire, the spa includes a heated indoor pool, bubble pool, sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounge. This position is a permanent employment contract within the hospitality and leisure sector.

The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 up to £32,000 per year. Requirements

Applicants should possess experience in spa or wellness management within the hospitality or leisure industry, alongside strong leadership skills and commercial awareness regarding budgets, sales, and retail performance. Candidates need a passion for guest experiences, knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards, and strong organizational skills. A relevant spa or beauty qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3, is preferred. The role requires leading the wellness offering, managing day-to-day operations and staff performance, driving revenue through treatments and retail, overseeing stock and suppliers, and maintaining brand standards.
