Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager role is a commercially minded position focused on identifying market opportunities, building decision-ready business cases, and collaborating with engineering teams to ship solutions. The work mode is flexible with hybrid options available and full remote work possible, though the position requires flexibility to work some later hours beyond a standard schedule due to collaboration with North American teams.

Requirements

Candidates must possess foundations in digital advertising, including supply versus demand dynamics, exchange operations, SSPs, DSPs, programmatic bidding, pricing models like CPM, CPC, and CPV, and metrics such as fill rate and yield, ideally gained through experience in ad tech, a retail media network, a publisher, or a marketplace. Required qualifications include proven experience building business cases by sizing opportunities, evaluating revenue trade-offs, and structuring recommendations for leadership decisions. Applicants must demonstrate high autonomy, enthusiasm for utilizing artificial intelligence tools, hands-on product skills spanning discovery and delivery, and strong stakeholder management capabilities across various markets and seniority levels. Preferred backgrounds include experience in retail, consumer packaged goods, or retail media, multi-market experience, and proficiency in speaking Italian or German.
