Senior Product Designer

Overview

Sahajsoftware is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the team in London, United Kingdom. This role offers the opportunity to shape product direction, challenge assumptions, and work closely with CXOs, product owners, engineers, and data scientists. The position focuses on problem framing, shipping design, and navigating AI-accelerated development lifecycles while defining new ways of working from a design perspective.

Applicants should have a background in applying service-design and systems thinking across complex processes, leading discoveries through research, facilitating workshops, shaping interaction design, and working with design systems and AI tooling.

Requirements

Applicants must be comfortable across the full design lifecycle, with strong capabilities in problem framing, shipping design, and AI-accelerated craft. The role requires the ability to turn ambiguous client requests into well-framed problems, consult with delivery in mind, challenge agreed scope constructively, and own design from discovery to launch and iteration. Candidates need to create precise build artefacts such as flows, wireframes, and prototypes while designing for production realities like complex workflows and system constraints. Additionally, candidates must use AI to compress design cycles, apply judgment to AI outputs, and design AI-enabled experiences that account for model behavior and failure states.
