Senior FP&A Expert - Financial Task Design and Evaluation

Overview

Lightly AG is seeking experienced professionals for a project-based contractor opportunity focused on financial task design and evaluation. The role supports an advanced AI evaluation project by creating realistic financial planning and business decision-making tasks, developing reference solutions, and assessing AI-generated financial outputs. The position is fully remote with flexible working hours.

What you get

Compensation is set at $400 USD per successfully completed and accepted task. Each task is estimated to take approximately 5 to 6 hours to complete.

Requirements

Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, finance business partnering, or a closely related field. Candidates need advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, hands-on experience with financial planning processes such as operating budgets and rolling forecasts, and a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Additional requirements include the ability to build scenario-based models, reconcile complex financial information, exercise strong analytical judgment, and demonstrate excellent written English communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in software, technology, or SaaS businesses, financial model auditing, AI evaluation or benchmark development, and presenting financial analyses to senior management.
