Senior Data Engineer - Real time analytics

Overview

Aircall is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Engineering Team at the London office. In this role, you will be a key member of the Analytics and Data Platform team, managing the analytics and event platform stack. You will build features for more than 22,000 customers globally, unlocking data value to empower informed decisions through real-time insights, monitoring, and comprehensive analytical reports.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science or mathematics. Candidates need three years of experience with near real-time analytics, five years of experience with a modern programming language like Scala, Python, Go, or Typescript, and experience shipping and maintaining code in production. Additional required qualifications include experience designing complex data processing pipelines, data modeling including star schema and dimensional modeling in AWS Redshift, and query optimization, while experience with Kafka is considered a plus.
