Senior Consultant/Manager, Platforms (Front Office Transformation)

Overview

Baringa is seeking experienced individuals to join its Front Office Transformation practice within the Digital and Technology team as a Senior Consultant or Manager in Platforms. The role is based in London, United Kingdom, and focuses on helping clients shape and deliver modernisations using platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics, and Braze. Responsibilities include designing future experiences, defining transformation programs, leading complex business and technology changes, utilizing customer data and AI, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while contributing to practice growth.

Requirements

Applicants must bring a diverse mix of front office understanding, including design, implementation, and functional expertise in at least one platform such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Braze. Candidates need deep experience in relevant design across business, technology, and data capabilities. Functional leads must thoroughly understand how Salesforce can support business modernisation as part of a digital transformation agenda, alongside demonstrating curiosity and creativity regarding how platform technologies and artificial intelligence bring value to clients.
